Easy start
Activate GSpeech on WordPress
Install the plugin, open Cloud Console, and press Activate. You do not have to edit the theme. If you would rather paste the code in the body, that is Embed on any website.
- No code on the page - WordPress loads the player for you.
- One menu - after Activate, GSpeech sits in the left WordPress menu.
- Already have an account - choose Login, then Activate. Do not create a second account.

Steps
Activate in this order
- Log into your WordPress dashboard.
- Open Plugins, then Add New.
- Search for GSpeech. Press Install Now.
- Press Activate. GSpeech appears in the left menu.
- Open GSpeech, then Cloud Console.
- Choose the site language, set a password, and press Activate.
Already registered
You already have a GSpeech account
On the Cloud Console screen, choose Login instead of creating a new account. After login, the Activate button is enabled. Press it.
After Activate
You land on Settings
- Voice - pick the voice on the General tab. It is the default for the players.
- Save here - when you change the voice or the player, press Save in WordPress, GSpeech, Cloud Console. Saving only on gspeech.io does not refresh the plugin cache, so phones can keep the old player.
- Put a player in a post - paste [gspeech] where it should show. See default shortcodes.
- Player missing - walk player not showing.
