Selected text on a page was the start. A cloud audio platform is what it became.
Simon founded Creative Solutions in 2012 and Smarts Club LLC in 2023. GSpeech began the same year he started the company, so people — including those with visual impairments — could listen to selected text on a webpage.
In 2016 he started the Cloud Console. It launched in 2023 with commercial voices, players, translation in 70+ languages, and audio kept in the cloud. He holds a Master’s in VLSI design from the State Engineering University of Armenia, with Synopsys Armenia.
