Outstanding product, outstanding service.

I run Critical Skills Blog — an archive of nearly 1,000 articles with a wide readership in the United States and abroad. GSpeech has been invaluable. The text-to-speech is natural, the player is clean, and my readers comment on it often — many tell me they now listen to posts they would otherwise have only skimmed.

When I have run into a problem, Simon has resolved it promptly and explained the fix in detail. That kind of responsiveness is rare. You get the sense the founder is genuinely behind the product.
